Is this you?

Are you suffering from Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue. You might be a middle aged female, and you were told by medical doctors or other practitioners your Fibromyalgia is incurable. You may be looking for alternatives to the conventional medical/pharmaceutical, disease management system. You could have questioned the validity of treatments using dangerous drugs which suppress the organs, systems, and functions of your body; causing harmful side effects.

Rather than manage your pain and fatigue with medications - just to get by, you seek natural ways to improve the way your body functions, to eliminate your symptoms, and to become healthier. You refuse to give up working toward this goal, and are determined to get well despite what the “experts” say.

PurpleFlowers1. Are you ready to recover
 from Fibromyalgia - Chronic
 Fatigue?

This may seem like a simple, obvious “yes” answer, but there are much deeper considerations for you to ponder.

A. Are you willing to give up the rewards in your life for being sick and tired? As startling as this question might seem, when people have been chronically ill, they often adapt to a lifestyle which conforms to their illness. This lifestyle often provides extra attention, advantages and privileges from family, community and society. Becoming well, changes these dynamics and requires adaptations within yourself and those around you. During your Fibromyalgia recovery, there could be some awkward, uncomfortable episodes as you and those around you adapt to the way you make positive changes in your life - while you are becoming more self sufficient. Are you and those around you ready to adapt to your positive personality and lifestyle changes?

B. Have you completed or are you ready to complete the lessons provided by your illness? Many people believe that they have manifested their own illness in an effort to provide them with opportunities to learn valuable lessons about their life. Could this be a possibility for you? Have you learned, or are you ready to finish learning the lessons your illness has made possible for you?

C. Are you willing to move out of your current comfort zone and accept wellness? The life of illness you have been living has become somewhat familiar. The routine of your life, as uncomfortable as it may be, has become predictable. This is a life you have known. The greatest fear for humans is fear of the unknown.

Wellness is a state of life that you may not remember very well. Venturing into the state of wellness could expose you to unfamiliar territory that leads to fear of the unknown. Do you think you have the courage to become healthy and well?

Will you choose health?

2. Will you choose healthcare over sickness care?

A.
Do you understand when the treatment of disease revolves around treatment of symptoms - rather than the cause of the disease, this is disease care. If you are involved with sickness care, not only will you tend to take prescription medications for your symptoms, but you may also take multiple over-the-counter medications. Your may take pain relievers for headaches, backaches, and knee pain, anti-acids for acid stomach, and allergy medication for hay fever. When you have a real health crisis, you may prefer to go to your medical doctor and receive drugs or surgery before considering other alternatives. Are you willing to consider health care as an alternative to the medical model of disease care?

B. Has it ever occurred to you that healthcare improves your health by treating the cause of your disease, not just masking your disease symptoms with drugs or surgery? Healthcare means maintenance and improvement of physical and mental health. Rather than just using medication or surgery to mask your symptoms, as are recipient of real healthcare, you will undergo evaluations of your diet, environment, stress levels, blood chemistry, hormones, digestive function, muscle tension. You will look at the health of your spine, and the strength of your constitution, and find out what is causing your aches, pains, fatigue, or stomach problems. Then you will employ proven, rational, natural healthcare solutions to eliminate what is causing your symptoms, and restore yourself to optimal health and wellness.

As a healthcare recipient, you will only us medications and surgery as a last resort during health emergencies. You eagerly find ways to solve your health crises, restore your health, and end your reliance upon medications and surgery. Rather than use medications and surgeries to mask your symptoms, you manage or prevent your health problems by altering your lifestyle and your environment. You work toward improving your diet, exercising regularly, and improving the health of your spine and other joints in your body. You are quick to use acupuncture, harmless herbs, supplements, and other natural remedies to help restore your health and alleviate your symptoms naturally.

Because you are focused upon creating and maintaining health, you rarely suffer from acute illness, and when you do, your recover quickly. You find ways to reverse and eliminate chronic conditions. If you should develop a chronic condition, it is usually the result of misinformation due to incorrect education about health and wellness.

3. Are you willing to make healthy food choices and give up junk food?

Are GreenFrondyou ready to stop eating fast foods in exchange for freshly prepared, healthy meals, and increasing raw vegetables, and organically produced foods in your diet? Good, nutritious food promotes life and growth. Junk “food” usually indulges cravings for sweet and salty tastes while it damages your body chemistry, organs and glands. Fast foods usually contain dangerous chemicals which destroy your nerves, sugars and harmful fats that upset your metabolism, and empty calories that make you fat and ruin your health. The quality of your diet is extremely important for your Fibromyalgia recovery.

4. Once you are feeling better are you willing to begin doing some gentle exercise?

Would you like to begin enjoying activities which provide mental and physical stimulation? Wouldn't it be nice for you to include 40 minutes of mild to moderate, good feeling, therapeutic exercise into your daily routine, which gives you energy, and greatly accelerates your Fibromyalgia recovery?

5. Are you willing to consider health practices such as functional medicine, spinal care, acupuncture, and stress management?

PinkBlossoms

Even though you may have been tested, examined, and treated by the "experts", and tried a few remedies of your own (and not much has changed with your Fibromyalgia), would you be willing to consider fresh perspectives about solving your Fibromyalgia problem?

Would you like to have plenty of energy to work, play with your children, spend time with your friends, do the things you love, and feel great while you are involved in these activies? Do you think it is about time for you to rekindle your relationships, enjoy yourself, remember what it is like to have fun, and be enthusiastic about living.

Would you like to be free from constant joint pain, stiffness, and fatigue and stop taking ineffective pain medications that produce deadly side effects?

Would you like to wake up in the morning feeling refreshed, energetic, ready for a new day, and live just like the healthy people who used to pass you by ?
