Step Six and Seven: Wellness Care and Yearly Progress Evaluations
Your state of wellness is the stable condition of health obtained from the establishment and maintenance of your body’s highest function. As a new Fibromyalgia patient, your over all state of function should begin somewhere between 20 and 30%. When you first experience relief from pain and fatigue, your function should be around 45%. When your function is optimal and stable, you are well. The state of function for our Fibromyalgia patients when they have achieved wellness ranges between 65% and 90%.
Achieving wellness entails completion and maintenance of your Functional Care and regular monitoring of your function through quarterly Wellness Lifestyle Visits, including Yearly Progress Evaluations, with brief periods of intensive care as needed, Wellness Lifestyle Coaching and Health and Wellness Support.
